IntroMicrosoft has released yet another gaming product. It's a keyboard designed in cooperation with Razer. It seems to have all the goodies, which a modern gaming keyboard should offer. This is not the first time that Microsoft and Razer have been working together. You might remember our Habu Gaming Mouse review a while back. In that review we concluded that the 'marriage' of these companies worked nicely and that it produced a nicely balanced gaming product. Hopefully we can uncover if this keyboard is the one for you to spend your money on. |
Package and content
Keyboard is sold in ordinary (read: good) package. It's informative and easy to open. Seems that Microsoft keyboards come in red boxes like the previously reviewed Laser Desktop 6000. Inside the package one finds a driver CD, manual booklet, wrist support and the keyboard itself. No batteries this time.
Appearance
Wrist support is covered with high quality leather. I think it's fake leather, but
it feels as nice as it did with the Laser Desktop. Overall the keyboard looks a
bit cheap. Reflective black plastic looks okay for couple of days, but eventually it becomes
a fingerprint and a dust museum. This keyboard is designed for gamers, not for
aesthetics! 
When speaking of ergonomics, Reclusa can be set to two different slopes.
Wristsupport can also be removed.
