Synthetic test that offers tests for both the sequential and random reads/writes. We wanted to use larger dataset (4000 MB) in this test to get the RAPID mode 840 EVO comparable with the other drives.

Again, a clear victory for the Samsung 840 EVO both with and without the RAPID.
